An Exercise Physiologist, also known as an EP, is a university qualified allied health practitioner who specialises in the prescription of exercise. Exercise physiologists work in a variety of settings and use exercise for the prevention and treatment of chronic disease and injury as well as general improvements in health and fitness.

Hello there! My name is Danielle and I am pleased to welcome you to my Online Lifestyle Clinic, Well Now!

I am an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and am immensely passionate about the benefits of living an active lifestyle. I have worked and studied in the general field of health and fitness for over a decade. My involvement in a diverse range of areas within this field has provided me with a broad range of experiences in helping people to become more active.

My personal philosophy, when it comes to health, wellness and fitness, it that firstly, it has to be about YOU! The best program, is the one that YOU love and look forward to taking part in. Therefore, your wellness journey, should be as unique as you. I am also a very strong believer in small, realistic, achievable goals that form part of your bigger picture. Every step in the right direction, is exactly that.
